Therapy isn’t only a conversation—it’s a full-body experience. I weave somatic therapy with yoga-informed practices to help you tune into the signals of your body, settle your nervous system, and gently shift long-held patterns. Sessions may include breathwork, grounding, trauma-sensitive movement, and guided body awareness alongside evidence-based talk therapy. Everything is optional and adaptive; no prior yoga experience is needed. By pairing insight with practice, you’ll learn how to notice cues like tightness, numbness, or urgency, and respond with tools that restore balance in the moment. Clients often describe feeling more present, resilient, and at home in themselves—on and off the mat.
