Welcome, I am so glad you landed here. I truly believe that just showing up is half the battle—and by being here today, you’ve already taken an important step toward growth. I am here walk alongside you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.

My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll explore your feelings, experiences, and challenges with curiosity and compassion. In this process, you’ll not only begin to heal but also build a more authentic and fulfilling relationship with yourself and with those around you.

I know how easy it is to get stuck in self-doubt or feelings of “not enough.” My role is to help you gently move past those barriers so you can recognize your worth, embrace your strengths, and step into a life that feels aligned and empowering.

My Approach
Through evidence-based techniques, attachment theory, mindfulness, and positive affirmations, we can work on building your self-confidence and empowering you to recognize your own strengths and capabilities. I believe in a holistic approach that integrates both introspection and action, allowing you to explore your emotions and thoughts while taking steps towards personal growth and positive change.

Humor can also play a valuable role in therapy, providing lightness and perspective as we navigate challenging topics. Laughter can be a powerful tool for releasing tension and fostering a positive therapeutic experience.

Ultimately, my goal is to guide you in examining your feelings, exploring options, and making choices that align with your values and goals. Together, we will create a nurturing space where you can come to understand yourself better, build self-confidence, and embrace your personal power.
