Somatic Healing & Yoga

Therapy isn’t only a conversation—it’s a full-body experience. I weave somatic therapy with yoga-informed practices to help you tune into the signals of your body, settle your nervous system, and gently shift long-held patterns. Sessions may include breathwork, grounding, trauma-sensitive movement, and guided body awareness alongside evidence-based talk therapy. Everything is optional and adaptive; no prior yoga experience is needed. By pairing insight with practice, you’ll learn how to notice cues like tightness, numbness, or urgency, and respond with tools that restore balance in the moment. Clients often describe feeling more present, resilient, and at home in themselves—on and off the mat.

Yoga therapy combines the wisdom of yoga with the depth of psychotherapy to support healing on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Rooted in mindfulness, movement, and breathwork, this approach helps you reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence and cultivate a greater sense of balance and calm.

Sessions may include gentle, trauma-informed yoga postures, guided breath awareness, or restorative practices designed to regulate the nervous system and release held tension. You don’t need prior yoga experience—just curiosity and an openness to listen to your body.
