Rocks

Our homes can often reflect our internal emotional life. When our lives become busy and overwhelming, it's not uncommon for certain areas of our homes to accumulate clutter that mirrors what we may be avoiding or struggling with emotionally. For over 15 years I have been helping clients clear out overstuffed closets, which allows them to recognize the emotional weight that clutter can hold.

By working with clients to declutter their closets, they are freed from physical and emotional burdens they may not have even been aware of. Physical clutter can take up valuable emotional space and create a sense of heaviness and chaos in our lives. Through this process, clients engage in emotional healing and personal growth, creating space for positive transformation and a greater sense of well-being.
